Horrible! My sons haircut is on his profile she misunderstood what he said apparently and buzzed his long full head of hair to a number two! She cut it so quick he couldn't stop her. He was so angry he almost cried. Then both of my sons had checked in together and she couldn't figure out how to separate their tickets (I'd given them both money) when I told her it was fine to ring them up together she got angry and just walked away telling a coworker to fix while she was in the middle of a haircut. Horrible attitude and no skill. At least if giving the wrong cut it should look good. A "#2 fade" was all one length. Both kids will never go here again
